Auditor- Rotational Program- $65k plus bonus (Berwyn, PA)
Peopleflex Accounting Professionals is currently recruiting for an auditor with 1-3 years of internal audit experience. After 2 years in this role you will be expected to rotate into another area of finance (most likely outside of audit).

The Staff Auditor, as part of a team, will conduct financial and operational reviews of domestic and international operations. The Staff Auditor will interact with financial and operational management personnel across the company and will be exposed to financial and business operations.
Within two to three years of assuming this role, the Staff Auditor is anticipated to rotate into another position of broader responsibility within finance. The future finance leaders of the firm will emerge from Corporate Audit.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
‘Carry out the vision and mission of Corporate Audit to implement a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate risk and controllership.
‘Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits.
‘Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
‘Review and evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
‘Identify, and clearly define, audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented. Present these findings to Corporate Audit leadership and the business management team.
‘Prepare work papers to adequately document audit work performed and to support conclusions reached.
‘Prepare reports and audit findings.
‘Actively participate in Global initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audit’s processes and procedures.
‘Required travel in-country and internationally averaging 50% (keep in mind, this is only for 2 years and not long term!).
Experience:
Candidates for the Staff Auditor role will:
‘Have one to three years related internal audit experience (public accounting experience is preferred but not required).
‘Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.
‘Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent; higher-degreed candidates are encouraged to apply
‘Interact well with different people and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
‘Possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
‘Have strong, proficient analytical skills.
