Nextiva Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with strong customer service skills and some accounting or bookeeping background. Use your proven communication, problem-solving, and PC skills to help our customers resolve billing issues, process customer returns and assist with basic accounting tasks. You will be handling inbound customer calls and must demonstrate the ability to quickly respond to the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide customer care support through inbound call queue and support ticketing system
• Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues
• Process product returns and issue credits for cancellation
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions
• Maintain daily revenue and commission tracking spreadsheet
• Perform other billing or accounting tasks as assigned
• Provide back-up customer support for other positions as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in an inbound call center with an emphasis in resolving billing issues
• Proven track record of successful customer service
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in team setting with minimal supervision
• Strong Microsoft excel and word experience required, quickbooks experience preferred
• Basic experience in accounting or bookkeeping a plus
