Tax Preparer / Office Supervisor (Oakdale)

We are seeking a full-time tax preparer for the 2009 tax season. This position can start on a part-time basis immediately if available. Hours are flexible. During the tax season, employment will be full-time. Excellent customer service and computer skills. Income Tax and tax preparation training is offered at no cost. The full-time position is for the 2009 tax season, January - April 15, 2009.

Duties will include:

+ General office management (phones, customer service, schedules, paperwork)

+ Tax preparation of individual and small business returns

+ Supervision / mentoring of less experienced tax preparers

+ Customer followup
